# Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Sun Waves Chaser products! Because all items are printed on demand, we can only accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items.

**Defective / Damaged Items**  
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at jmcavazos99@yahoo.com.  
- Include your order number and a photo of the issue.  

**Refund Process**  
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.  
- We do not accept returns for size, color preference, or change of mind due to the POD model.
